While this made the process a little different than normal, I felt that the title company didn't want to do their job. There was little to no communication and deadlines were not met because of this. My realtor and lawyer had to step in and perform tasks that any title company would be expected to handle. I would not recommend this title company to anyone selling their home. I worked with this title company in Carson City and never had any issues or problems. I would suggest them to anyone.
