I always send his payment one week ahead so he doesn’t have to waste money on postage. Also, Southwest Gas never received my payment that I mailed on May 12, 2025. Thankfully, they were kind enough to remove the late fee! I pay my bills timely!! Most senior citizens do! If the Post Office is not capable of delivering “business mail” what chance does a birthday or get well card have? I ALWAYS TAKE MY MAIL INSIDE the Valle Verde/Horizon Ridge Branch and drop it in the slot. Sure hope you find the “employee” not doing their job so this nonsense ends. It is unacceptable! Thought things would improve when Big Lou DeJoy resigned…….guess I was wrong!!
