    Brett Brown and Sandeep Singh ((at Scotia Square) are two of the finest Bell employees I have ever dealt with and I have been dealing with Bell for a very long time.

    My family have been customers of the Bell store in Scotia Square for many years. The staff are amongst the most knowledgeable and courteous in the industry. They are polite and attentive and make you feel that your needs are important even when the store is very busy. We never feel rushed. The store is bright, clean and well laid out making the shopping experience enjoyable. Derek, who is the manager, runs a very efficient store with a positive customer service culture.

    The sales rep Sandeep was very helpful an d courteous, but the technical difficulties he experienced from your system while trying to setup a cell phone account for us was embarrassing. We have to come back to store AGAIN in person to sort this out. Not impressed
