  I recently moved to las cruces from another city , anytime you go someplace where you're unfamiliar with stores, roads, restaurants, title companies, it's a bit overwhelming. I was in the market to purchase rental properties while here and my real estate agent. Recommended Donna Ana title company. By the way, my real estate agent Brian Wallis is a real professional and top notch?If you're looking to purchase anything, you can't go wrong with him. I wouldn't have anything that I do have had it Not been for him. He introduced me to the staff at the title company. And immediately, I felt like they were friends instead of employees that I wanted to hire. Annette and her staff, there are so good at what they do,You don't even realize they're working Because they make it look so easy. They removed all of my insecurities about all the things that needed to be done to buy a home. They were so good at what they did. They made it seem easy.. They explained everything to me where I understood exactly what was going on.And I never felt like I had anything to worry about.I felt like it was in really good hands. When you're buying a property these days, there are so many things included.That if it hadn't been for the title company, I would have never been able to do what I did. They did all the research.They did all the paperwork.They knew answers to questions before I even ask them . Because of the making it so easy for me to concentrate on other things.I was able to purchase a number of homes with them being at the helm of all the paperwork. If I had to do the work that they did, I wouldn't own any homes.L o l. There is absolutely no other title company that i've ever dealt with that.I would recommend as highly as I do.Donna Ana title company. If you were in the market to purchase something and you want it to be easy.And take the stress out of the situation.They are your go to team. The research and effort and professionalism that they bring to the table makes you look like a pro.When it's all done. I am super proud to recommend them to absolutely anyone in the market to purchase a property in las cruces, new mexico. Do yourself a favor and don't consider any other title company.If you want it to be easy and stress free on yourself. If I were going to buy a property in another state, I would contact them first and make sure that the company that I was working with. There had their stuff together, as well as the Donna Ana Title company did here. Thanks to annette and her wonderful staff there, they removed all the insecurities that I had about purchasing a property here.They made it so easy that I could do it again over and over.L o l. And I did just that, they helped me purchase four properties in less than five months, and I didn't even break a sweat. Kudos to them and my heartfelt Thank you for how you made this work for me.

  Our experience with Dona Ana Title was first rate. They quickly answered any questions I had before closing. The closer, Annette, was friendly and professional and made us feel right at home. Everyone in the office was welcoming. It was a great experience!

  Just finished up what became a very difficult closing due to the lender we chose. Billy Moya at DAT went far above & beyond to help get this one done. Stayed late for closing when we had a conflict with the scheduled time. We highly recommend DAT - thanks for the great service!
