- MSMarko SAug 18, 20231.0The escrow officer Aaron Sacoman did not have an updated contact card. When I tried to reach him on the card provided it was to a non-working number. When I finally found the main number, called and asked to get transferred to him, was transferred to his assistant who did not answer. When I left a voice mail, never received a requested returned call. He nor other staff did not send me a notification email stated that our transaction had recorded. When I communicated my frustration, he expressed no empathy nor any intention to ensuring people in the future would have the same or similar experience that I had. Title company's collect a lot of money in their "fees" to oversee the transaction. Offering free pens, sodas and a bowl full of candy does not make up for this kind of treatment.

Go with a company that cares about your time and not their own. Very disappointed. I will be making sure what title company is used the next time and it will not be them.

On November 26th we found out they hadn't even ordered the ilr because the Socorro branch had to send them something first, but no one had told us closing date on contract wouldn't be met until we checked. As it is now, two weeks passed since our closing date, they have what they need except the survey because for whatever reason a copy wasn't kept. When I call the person who is in charge of our case she never answers and never called me back. Mary is the only person so far to answer any of our questions, and has been extremely helpful, but because of their delays we have lost a lot of money on storage fees, mover rescheduling, having to eat fast food, temporary living quarters, and so on. I gave two stars but if we still haven't closed by Christmas, that will definitely be changing for the worse.
