Very rude even upon greeting, not sure if this is the everyday process as a manager but I was disappointed but the service received. Will not give them a second try, thanks this is business nothing personal.

The incompetent “manager” proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t send the documents to the standard store email to print and didn’t provide any reason other than a robotic “no, we wouldn’t be able to do that.” Pretty sure that’s a standard service for a FedEx print and ship. Went to the FedEx in Summit and they happily printed the documents I needed. Avoid this location if you can.
