Almost every staff member was busy with packing, wrapping or unloading some stuff that I was not immediately attended. The staff who finally showed up didn’t really apologize and just went about her business of getting the package checked in for mailing.

I really wish more companies use FedEx for shipping so returns are more pleasant.
