  Our company was with ADP TotalSource for many years, and the relationship was consistently contentious. We were repeatedly promised better service “tomorrow,” often paired with upgrades or discounts to keep us from leaving. While we focused on growing our business—eventually reaching over 300 employees—the poor service, rudeness, and ongoing incompetence within their PEO became impossible to ignore. I never intended to publicly air my dissatisfaction with ADP. However, after we formally notified them in October—per our contract—that we would be exiting at the end of the year, their behavior became outright harmful. Since giving notice, ADP TotalSource has seemingly done everything possible to hurt our business and sabotage our operations with our employees. They stalled payroll processes, failed to show up for scheduled meetings, and stopped returning calls altogether. This is, without question, the worst business relationship I have ever experienced. Poor management, awful service, and what I consider unethical business practices. I strongly recommend staying far away from ADP TotalSource. There are far better options available.

  They changed my federal tax withholding amount without ever notifying me or my employer. To add insult to injury, it's literally impossible to get ahold of anyone there; all automated and basically worthless. Starting up my own business soon and will not be utilizing their services.

  Beware!!! This company is sending out bogus random invoices for services not rendered or ever even discussed. They send to your group accounting email with ACH info and copy a falsified email chain as if it has been approved by another department in hopes of getting paid. Beware, Beware, Beware!!!

  Horrible experience with their customer service department. My phone call was routed overseas to someone who can't effectively speak English, thus he couldn't solve my problem. A good example of how outsourcing low cost labor to someone who doesn't have the right context or language to handle issues effects a company. I'm still waiting to hear back from some one who can help.
