They send to your group accounting email with ACH info and copy a falsified email chain as if it has been approved by another department in hopes of getting paid. Beware, Beware, Beware!!!

Random payroll deductions for hundreds of dollars with no reason and refusal to return the money. It took them 9 months to process a child support deduction order, after repeated court orders and monthly calls and emails. Customer service is a joke, be prepared to spend 30-60 mins on hold whenever you call in. Overall the worst and most useless company I've ever done business with...I'd rather hand write all my payroll checks than ever trust this joke of a company again.
