Told me he would reroute my package meanwhile he sent it back to the shipper in another state causing me many problems. Stay away from this location. It’s a scam and a joke.

The FedEx rep Chris did some job wrapping and packaging it right in front of me. It got to it's destination the following day safe and sound. I really appreciate the customer service I got. Chris was very responsive to what needed to be done and really sensed my concern. I can't thank him enough. It was old school good service. Thank you.
