Nancy went above and beyond to make sure that the seller received his check at closing. She literally drove all the way from East Windsor during rush hours. Their 1031 exchange attorney was great too. Mike Brady was extremely professional and courteous. He always answered my email and text messages. He really knows what he is doing.

Possibly the most incompetent people on the planet - 4 material errors on the HUD-1 statement (none in my favor, of course). Barely responsive. Asked representative to call me after closing about errors that still needed to be corrected. She never did, only cc'd me on an email to someone else - including information about another client's refinancing too! I would never do business with this company again. Would give them zero stars if possible.
