  Hours are 9am to 6pm. I show up at 9:10 ... closed. Walmart staff tells me maybe 9:15 so I come back at 9:30 ... still closed. FedEx stinks.

  I am an event producer who utilizes FedEx Office Print centers across the tristate area. I sent simple 5x7 postcards to be printed here last week. I picked them up and when I returned home, they were slightly larger than 4x6. I called, and after being put on hold for 20 minutes, by Rick, I was instructed to come back for the appropriate size. Once I arrived, Rick was extremely defensive and confrontational. He kept trying to tell me I sent the wrong dimensions, which I double checked before retuning back to the store. He wouldn’t listen to me, and kept saying I knew nothing about crop/bleed marks. He was condescending when I said I send things to print all the time, and said he “couldn’t see another order in my account.” When I was explaining that I’m in this business he shot back with “What business??? The cutting business??” I then tried to explain that he needed to print to 100% scale, he refused and said the file was wrong (it wasn’t). I left, but forgot the 5x7 frame I brought to show the 5x7 size. When I came back not a minute later, he was talking about me to the next customer, being extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never been as disrespected by an employee than I was by Rick. I went home, printed from my inkjet printer at 100% scale and they printed perfectly. Rick, if you’re reading this, as a manager you should be ashamed of how you treated me on Wednesday evening.

  Went to get the simple shipment done. Paid via Credit card and was told that the payment didn't go through. Paid via Cash and didn't get the receipt. A month letter I get a collection notice from Fed-ex. Have been reaching the manager several times to resolve this issue as I already paid for the shipment. Have called multiple times and sent e-mails with everything I received. Was told by the manager that it's being worked on at the backend but no update(s) thus far. Extremely frustrated as this has ruined by credit

  They lost my package I sent the kid in the store basically told me I’m beat out of the money I paid and will need to place a claim well they denied my claim stay far away from FedEx they are awful!!!!!
