- WDWendy Diaz4 days ago1.0Live in the area and I try to avoid having to go to this usps at all cost. I’ve never had a positive interaction with any of the staff but I’ve had to be helped by a middle aged man twice, he doesn’t greet you even if you say hi, good morning etc. if you say please, or thank you he won’t respond. On both occasions he’s acted like he’s being so inconvenienced for performing the most simple of tasks because each time I was just taking a return that was already packed and ready to go. Truly don’t understand the attitude.

Lady was nice the man was the worst customer service I have ever received Man who was working their with glasses on August 15th at around 4:30 was the worst and rudest I have ever experienced and on top of it I asked a simple question and he swore he was answering even though he was not because he did not understand what I was asking.
