- TOThea OhDec 12, 20251.0Walked in, said hello, I'm here to drop off a package. Middle aged man by the name of E. Turner barely looked up from watching videos on his phone as if 1. I were an imbecile. 2. I had insulted him with my presence. I placed the packages down on the counter - zero directions, zero communication from him, nothing. Just a dead stare. He then proceeds to lecture me like I'm dumb when I inform him that he was about to mix up the shipping labels for my two packages. Highly recommend this location if you want a quintessentially unpleasant UPSP experience. It doesn't take much to be kind, but for some people, it must really be a struggle, bless them.

If in lie 🤣 ing just say post the video smh sad how people take advantage of others during these times !! He did it because no one was there but me smh I think 😭🤔

I’ve never had a positive interaction with any of the staff but I’ve had to be helped by a middle aged man twice, he doesn’t greet you even if you say hi, good morning etc. if you say please, or thank you he won’t respond. On both occasions he’s acted like he’s being so inconvenienced for performing the most simple of tasks because each time I was just taking a return that was already packed and ready to go. Truly don’t understand the attitude.
