The saving grace is Jackie in Moonachie who actually saved the day and took the time to find my package low and behold it’s in Moonachie and has been even though the system and everyone have spoken to says it’s not. Jackie is a superstar and should be commended on her level of customer service. The rest if the DHL system not so much absolutely the worst experience ever.
