- JDJody Ann DunkleyDec 29, 20251.0FedEx is the worst ever shipping company to exist in America I paid over $200 for a overnight express package and was told from FedEx that my order would have to be cancelled because a driver called out of work and they had no one else to cover the shift I was extremely disappointed with FedEx because they are liars and falsely advertising this company as good when they are actually not after lying FedEx called again to say my package was picked up but it still wasn’t and called back almost a week later to ask about a delivery attempt after cancellation please save yourself the hassle and do not ever do business with FedEx they are liars and scammers and it’s very hard to get in contact with a real person because they have so much artificial intelligence that makes it very difficult to be transferred to a live human being. I would zero stars if I could!
