You get screwed up by a liar salesperson ( Blair Forte ) and you get Alexandra Imtanios who set up the plan not your agreement and you have to run after her lousy implementation where she is off every other week and doesn’t reply emails for days. Stay away, they are dishonest people where their leaders are scamming business owners.

PaolucciMay 20, 20251.0i was solicited by adp to move my payroll and 401k plan from paychex 2 years ago . this turned out to be a terrible decision. the payroll and 401k salesman presented the benefits of changing however failed terribly in delivery. every time i log into the sponsor website i need to change password. the wait times on their customer service line is extremely long . the compliance testing that was promised does not exist. will be replacing adp as soon as possible .
