I recently ordered an item from Pennsylvania (a state over from NJ, where its to be delivered) and for whatever reason through the shipping process it goes from PA, to Tennessee, then to jersey? I dont understand the route. Not to mention, my package was to be finally delivered today, only for “a request to change the delivery date” at 3pm. Can’t say myself nor friends/coworkers have had overall positive experiences with FedEx, which is a shame when paying for these shipping costs.
