I was a long time customer of Verizon wireless. I was first with bell and after the merger Verizon. In my opinion Verizon customer service is second to none but as far as the physical stores , not so great ! I walked in a Verizon store one time and was looking for a case and the employees seemed disinterested. I believe because I have a galaxy s10 yeah it's old but they could've tried to upgrade me. Recently in August of this year I joined tmoble. Tmoble has home internet and phone for under 100 my Verizon bill was 110 just phone. That's probably the only reason I truly left because tmobles phone internet service is in my opinion not as strong as Verizon.

If i could give no stars I would never in my life have I seen a company pass there local business license fee on to it's customers worst company now I see why people are leaving there service as soon as my contact is over I am leaving also so they have lost even more people and I will post this on social media and see how it take a hit to there 4th quarter profits

My identity was stolen and they used two stores that no longer exist to do soft credit pulls and managed to create an account. They said they took care of it and now I have a bill coming up. This is highly illegal and your location popped up on my credit report. I have a lot of evidence if needed and am willing to go above and beyond.

Worst internet service I’ve ever had. Service goes out a lot and continually getting interrupted. Very tempted to go back to Xfinity, though they use Verizon’s towers I didn’t have the problems I do now.
Also when there is an outage for any reason including maintenance they don’t even send a notification or heads up. I’ve had this happen numerous times and after being on the phone with multiple people for long periods of time I finally get a person that tells me it’s maintenance or they are working on it. Verizon needs to do better, a lot better for their customers.

Consistently get wrong information after going through a torturous process to be able to speak with an actual person. Most recently, in advance of an overseas trip, I was given mostly inaccurate information. For example, I asked if my hotspot would work - clarified that it was not the hotspot on my phone but a separate mifi device - I was assured it would work and there would be no additional charge. It did not work and I had occasion to visit a Verizon corporate store soon after my return and was told by the staff there that I was given inaccurate information.
