- QSQuiet StormMay 8, 20251.0ADP is the worse provider of retirement services that I have ever done business with. They are difficult on purpose to frustrate clients, so they can hold on to your funds, and charge fees against it. A simple 401k Rollover took me 3 months of continuous phone calls to complete. I have completed a rollover in 2 to 3 weeks with other companies without having to monitor the process. Some examples of the roadblocks ADP created includes: refusing to send the distribution check directly to my new financial institution, claiming it takes 2 weeks for my check to arrive via standard mail (but never sending it), require that you create a UPS account to receive express mail (instead of simply using their own UPS account and changing you the shipping fee). The customer service representatives are very nice, but they don't really want to help you. Their guidelines are designed to frustrate you so you give up trying. ADP is a despicable business with reprehensible business practices!
