- MMMarjorieMay 6, 20241.0I wanted to like this place. I've literally never left a bad review for anything. But Jon just yelled at me and hung up on me. He printed my photos the wrong size and then completely refused to take any accountability for it. I was hanging them in a gallery show in Boston over the weekend, and didn't realize until Saturday that the prints were the wrong size. They wouldn't fit into the frames. I had to cut them down myself, which was very stressful given the circumstances. I called today to see if we could work something out, given that the prints were very expensive. He just couldn't understand that he had printed them the wrong size, even though I had asked for that size paper very specifically. I had to continue explaining myself to him, and things continued to escalate until he said there would be no reprint, no refund, and the conversation was over. Incredibly unprofessional.
