  I used to depend on them. but I have been waiting an hour for them to open and they should have an hour ago. I need to pick up order ASAP and they're still not open. I'm FURIOUS

  It is OK. The staff is never great, and sometimes just odd. A new girl there on staff today just creeped me out. On another note: The location is good. The hours are good, and a bit better than most. For that I am thankful. At least 2 locations within an hour have better days of operation, and hours in some cases. There are some things that I have to hunt for, but I know some places just don't sell them anymore. Usually, I find this item is carried in the Nashua, NH FedEx Office, but I hate going there. Though it's a decent location for some, it's a one way street, and the next light that it forces you to go to takes FOREVER (sometimes over 10-20 minutes) to change. Visit on 9/20/2023. Not bad. It was a quick visit to print and ship.

  Great customer shipping service! I wanted to ship several boxes of my mother's dishes to my son and daughter in Anchorage, AK. Steve P. helped me with the details since it was more complicated than most shipping needs. He was very helpful and patient during the process. In the end they packed the dishes and helped us save money with my daughter's dishes. He told us our son's would not get there in time for Christmas because there was less than a week, but THEY DID ARRIVE FOR CHRISTMAS AND MY SON WAS DELIGHTED to have his grandmother's dishes. Thank you Steve P. for your patient help. We appreciated your service to make this gift happen for my son. We'll be back when we need to ship something next time.

  Horrible. First of all you cannot access yahoo to print out any emails, and there is no notification that says you can't....so after going online and paying to use their internet, you find out you cannot actually use their computers to do what you want. And then they'll have you use your own phone to forward the emails to their computer, which you could've just done before you were charged by the minute to try and access yahoo. And then they'll try and charge you for the pages you've printed, after you just used their internet that wasn't working for the page you wanted, which you weren't notified about! YEAH RIGHT! that's horrible customer service. do not use this fed ex office.
