- ELelizabeth labombardJul 28, 20151.0I know they are very busy, doubled up as they are, due to the closure of the other Lyme office due to rats but they will not answer the phone. It rings and rings then suddenly switches to a busy signal. I expect more of the postal service. This is unacceptable.
