We had to call your office to ask about our paperwork day before closing, and we were told how busy the girl in the office was and she had so many closings that day and our closing was the next day we received our paperwork at 4:30 in the afternoon, and needed to overnite paperwork asap.. the house has closed on Thursday afternoon, we were expecting our check by Friday or even Saturday and today is Monday and we have not received it. We called the office. She wrote out wrong address and we had given her our address several times. We find this incompetent and inconsiderate that she did not even have the decency to call us and tell us of the error now supposedly we are receiving a check tomorrow. I would not recommend your company at all.
