- JJJaimie JohnsonOct 7, 20251.0City of Davenport Ia pays for Nomi health benefits. However they only have providers for Orthopedic Care, one lab that no doctors here use, and PT (that is connected to the orthopedic office so you can only go there if being seen at their offices for orthopedic care. They won’t even send me Cards to provide to the office that does take them, they will send a digital because they only send cards to “certain people”. Closest place I can go to is 1 hr away for a CT scan . Now I have to pay extra and they are making me pay for the PA to be filled out because they don’t have to do that usually. I would not recommend at all.
