  I was in search of a career and I've placed my resume on indeed although I have received several interviews I just couldn't find the right fit in regards to opportunity availability and vison. Then I was notified by Ron Distransky as he reached out to me vis telephone for a position as a General Manager-Food Operations for the Chrome Truck Stop/ IHOP location in Algona, Iowa which required that I relocate for the position. I have to admit I was very skeptical at this point but after speaking with Ron and selling the opportunity as he did for the company I was interested in moving forward with a telephone interview with the owners. The interview went so well we decided to arrange a face-to-face interview where I would visit Algona, Iowa which was also a great visit and at that point I decided to come aboard with the Chrome Truck Stop/ IHOP family. And throughout the entire process Ron has communicated and followed up with myself and the owners to negotiated terms in my best interest and provided valuable recommendations which proved to be successful and the owners seeing me as an asset to their company.

  For over a year I had been search of an individual to hire for a high level opportunity in our company. I used job boards, social media, WoM, etc. to no avail.
