I have called in multiple occasions and whoever Karen is she is extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t provide any answers. All I want is my package that I paid for bug it seems it’s either lost or was stolen while in DHL possession. The last update I have is it left a facility on June 5th at 3:10 am. And I haven’t seen anything since. It just keeps saying en route. Let’s be honest it doesn’t take 9 days for another update.
