I accidentally left a priceless wedding present at a local Fargo Hotel, not only did Amari Batiste pick up the package at the hotel as I was a couple days drive from Fargo when I noticed it was missing , she also realized it was special and called me to make sure she could handle it and repackage it so the priceless item could be shipped to the bride without fear of damage. Amari even put a dictated note by me to the bride inside the box for me. She even had follow-up calls with me and asked that I call her if anything went wrong and if it arrived undamaged. I have shed both sad and happy tears about this. Amari was empathetic and kind to me. I would highly recommend this store and this employee.
