    This shop is always busy! The staff is always helpful and composed with the numerous returns that come in. I’ve also had business printing done here and have been pleased with the product.

    Sarah has been so helpful with any projects I have brought. Most recently she was able to bind a music book and have it ready for same day pick up- and there wasn’t much room for her to work with, yet she found a way to make it look like it was purchased already bound. She’s so friendly and easy to work with!

    The Clerk “Amari” was amazing and very helpful! I was struggling with a return and she took care of me on the spot and helped me solve it quickly! This is a phenomenal location and they really try and put the customer first! It was a nice present on Christmas Eve! Thank you again Amari!

    A shout out to Sarah, your graphic designer!!!! She always does amazing work, friendly, patient and always willing to help no matter how busy she is. She has great customer service skills along with all other employees in the office. Her end product is always awesome!!!! It's always a pleasure to do business in this store!!!

    The employee that assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was mailing a set of keys back to my mom who had left them at my house after staying with me for a couple weeks, post-surgery. He took the time to ask how she was doing and hoped it all turned out okay. That was incredibly sweet and not something you come across much in customer service anymore. I will continue using this location specifically because of my experience with him. I didn't catch his name (and I should have for how kind he was!!), but the receipt says Employee # 194390.
