  My first experience was great 15 years ago, I recently financed a sxs with them What A Nightmare dealing with these people Between trying to get them on the phone, applying principle to loan and just overall getting answers They are paid in full now and I’ll never give them a dollar on future purchases!!!! Hatchet lender

  Waited on hold for 45 minutes. Same music.no telling what wait times are.i made a double payment.on accident. Wanted to cancel one.they must not have anyone working on the phone.ill never deal with them again

  Horrible company. Constantly violating FTC laws. Doesn’t listen when you send them a certified letter. Keeps persisting. Full of bad tactics. FTC has an open investigation into them.

  Calling customer support is a nightmare. They did a great rate for seadoo but come on people, im trying to call to get payoff info and it's been almost 30 min to get through to someone.

  Worst financial service! Working 60 hrs forgot to make a payment they expect full payment and will not work with you even when you have the money to pay for payments and late charges. They want full payment or nothing. The repo guy lied said catch up on your payments it will be back this week. Sheffield said it goes to auction and we are responsible for remaining balance even when we have the payment in hand. Do not recommend using this financial service they are a rip off!
