  Your store on Palmetto Street in Florence, SC is the pits!..This lifelong KK lover stopped going there because the doughnuts are inferior compared to the ones on Lucas Street in Florence, SC. The palmetto location only puts a drop of filling and frosting on them nearly every time I've been. Apparently I got yesterday's rejects. One example; the taste of Italy collection was excellent at Lucas St. When I ordered the same from Palmetto, I got a pitiful lemon doughnut with a drop of frosting and filling, nothing like the one I got at Lucas Street and it did not begin to even look like the pictures you advertised with the collection. ( Again, it was awesome at Lucas St) Incredible as this may sound to you, an employee at Lucas Street confirmed that they got a lot of complaints about Palmetto Street, when I mentioned to her the unacceptable products consistently sold there for a long time now. I started frequenting the local bakeries and Duck Donuts after getting CRAP for my orders several times over the past few years.PS*********** The address is 1709 Palmetto St Florence, SC. The corporate office responded with an address on Knollwood that is nowhere close to the one I mentioned in Florence, SC. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM?????

  I’ve been calling to get a refund for stale donuts I purchased at a local store. The store would not give me a refund, because they said I should have never called corporate on them in the first place and for that reason, they would not give me a refund. They don’t really care to resolve the situation. They keep saying, that we’d receive a phone call and that they’ve escalated the situation to the district manager, but nothing ever gets done. It’s a shame that a corporate company would take your money and keep it for a product we tried returning. That’s still sitting in the back of my car. I asked for fresh donuts and they gave me donuts that were sitting there from the previous day.

  Krispy Kreme you are getting zero stars from me. Still no call from management after I explicitly requested one three separate times - via your main customer service, your terrible Harrisonburg manager, and through the survey you sent to my email. It's now been four days. On 10/8/25, we placed a large online order for donuts intended for a birthday party. The order was confirmed with a pick-up time of 5:15 pm. We drove an hour, arriving at 5:10 to find the doors to your Harrisonburg location locked. However, the staff inside, proceeded to ignore us. When we went to the drive-thru window, the manager was rude, uncooperative, and unapologetic, stating that they were closed and showing us the empty register. Unfortunately, the order was already paid for, which required a call to your main customer service number to obtain a refund. In the meantime, several other customers arrived, attempting to purchase donuts. One stating that this location refuses to even fill her orders for school events. Needless to say, we left Harrisonburg without donuts for a 10 year old's birthday party. And still we wait for the phone call we were assured we would receive from your customer service agent. Shame on you, Krispy Kreme!

  Donuts didn’t disappoint! On fall break here for a stop in Winston-Salem store—everyone friendly and donuts were delicious! Halloween decorated donuts were too cute!

  GM I just left your hwy17 store and this is the 5th time I have been here and yall have been out of certain donuts. It’s ridiculous!! That’s like a chick-fil-A running out of chicken!!!! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that when you are running low then you cook some more!! And the people you have working for you have the personality of a tick!! Yall should just close shop and run food trucks of this is the kind of service
