    I needed a good broker to assist me in selling my company and accompanying real estate. I reached to Sunbelt and was fortunate to be assigned to Tom Guertin to assist. Tom walked me through the entire process from beginning to end, always being available and offering excellent service. In the end, I accepted offers for more than I expected and Tom and Sunbelt assisted until the end of the process. Highly recommended!

    My experience with Sunbelt of Raleigh was exceptional for several reasons. My particular business was a difficult one to sell due to several profit centers and it required a buyer with strong people skills and management techniques. From the beginning My broker made every attempt to market the business and it's pleasant location. Also working with the purchaser in arranging SBA bank financing and staying with the buyer during what sometimes felt like low moments during the finance portion of the deal. I undoubtedly made the right choice by going with Sunbelt of Raleigh
