    I want to thank Brian Fabricatore and Sunbelt for the brokering and sale of my barbershop business in Cary, NC. From day one, through the entire transaction, Brian proved to be professional, highly competent, and even more so, super easy to get a long with. They have provided me with insight into purchasing my first business...to get very clear in what type of business I want to own and how that will affect my workload and lifestyle.
