Back in my day we had our convos when we worked but shoot we stopped it to get a dang customer. Talk about how busy they were but they move like the sloth in zootopia. No wonder you’re busy.

- RPR PNov 30, 20251.0After checking the website to ensure this location was open today, I drove roughly 30 minutes to get to it. I got there about 2:35pm. There was a sign on the inside of the door saying something like, "gone to lunch...re-open at 3:00pm". While there waiting in the parking lot, I saw many people come and go. I talked to someone who had also driven about 30 minutes to get there and had also checked to ensure the location was open. At some point, someone inside the store came and removed the note that said they'd gone to lunch and would re-open at 3:00pm. When 3:00pm came, I and others waited at the door. I waited at the door until 3:15pm and then waited another 10 minutes in my car. Roughly 2 hours of an afternoon (including the drive there and back) wasted. If they had no plans of re-opening, why not do everyone a favor and post something on the door stating that. I and several others saw the signage regarding lunch and then also saw that sign removed. Really poor business practices at a busy time of the year. Even though these locations are apparently individually owned, this doesn't reflect well that they represent UPS. Since busy stores often ignore phone calls, one might assume the store is open and that they're so busy they can't take your call. If the website says "open", and has the hours listed, one should be able to rely on that. When calling a business, they should have had an outgoing message saying they're closed. That was not the case however. There are many one star reviews on here. The owner(s) of this franchise needs to wake up before UPS Corporate puts them out of business.
