The girl in the other end was laughing about whatever was distracting her and I’ve been waiting since the 3rd of DECEMBER to receive a new card it’s the 17th and I still have to get food, gifts etc… I LOVE THE BANK but I haven’t been able to pay any bills and they want you to call at the atm but how can I call when my phone is off cause I can’t pay my bill with the money in my account YOU have locked
