- KKKarlaNov 14, 20254.0I want to change the bank for my direct deposit. Equitable sent me the paperwork which I filled out and sent back to Equitable. They did like my bank and decided to mail my direct deposit to me via check by mail. I did not know they did this. They have sent 2 chks out which i have never received. When I asked for the address where they were sent they wouldn't tell me. This money from my parents estate. They are messing with my money. I DO NOT LIKE THAT ONE BIT!!!!! UP YOURS EQUITABLE!!!!

They listed her has my husband again! This is discrimination and harassment! I would give them a ZERO STARS if I could!
- MDMercedes DavisJul 28, 20251.0If I could give negative stars I would. I have had an account here for 15 years and never once actually spoke with a person. Very unresponsive. My money did not grow. And by not growing, meaning less than 5%. The annual rates of return for the S&P 500 are 10-12%. And I'm locked in with an employer. Cutting my losses and taking the penalties and going to another company. Please do not use! You're better off managing your own finances by learning off of YouTube and TikTok. :(
