- EFElena Foks1 day ago1.0I’ve been using this UPS location for over a year, and I’m writing this review mainly to inform other customers. I do not expect UPS to ever correct the hours in Google Maps, so it’s important to document how things actually work here. For more than a year, the sign on the door has stated that this location is open until 1:00 PM on Sundays. However, Google Maps still shows the hours as open until 6:00 PM, which is incorrect and has not been updated for a long time. This Sunday I arrived at 12:35 PM, well within the posted hours on the door, but the location was already closed. There was a handwritten note saying they had closed early due to wind. In my opinion, that’s a questionable reason to close before posted hours. I wasn’t the only one — several other customers showed up with packages, read the note, and had to leave. People are clearly wasting time because they’re relying on inaccurate information. To be clear, I like UPS, and I’ve generally had good experiences with service at this location. This isn’t a complaint so much as a heads-up for other customers: don’t rely on Google Maps for this location’s hours. Check the sign on the door and plan to arrive early, especially on Sundays.
