  For context this was my first and will be my last visit to this store. I regularly patron the UPS on Merrimon Avenue due to excellent customer service and they are super quick and get you in and out. I had something come up last minute and I needed to go print off several things. I arrived 30 minutes before closing. Even with the other reviews I was willing to give it a shot. It was closer in proximity to where I was that day. I walked in and told them what I needed to accomplish and they gave me the email address to send the information to. The guy behind the register that I was working with started getting impatient within 10 seconds. I said for whatever reason I can't get it to connect. His response was well normally I would tell you to take your time but we're about to close. Again it's 30 minutes until they close. He was extremely rude and did not care at all. He even stated that yes some people have had issues with their phones working inside of the business. That still didn't matter to him. I said can you tell me the Wi-Fi password and so maybe I can speed this up. He huffed numerous times walked off finally comes back over to me. Says did you figure it out I need to speed this along. At this point it has been less than 2 minutes. I cannot explain to you just how rude this man was and he continued his rudeness as he made several other statements. It is actually true that the staff or at least this man, are incredibly rude and do not care about how they treat you. It is genuinely sad because this is a UPS that I would frequent on a regular basis due to the proximity of where I'm living now. But after this interaction and reading other reviews I will never be back to this UPS Store. I'm sure they won't care as it appears to be something that has been going on for quite some time. I have never been to a business that acts like you are inconveniencing them to do their job. This is definitely a first. And again, definitely a last. If you enjoy long wait lines, being spoken to in a rude condescending manner, and treated like garbage this is definitely the place for you.

  Not sure what the gripes are about. My 3 returns from 3 different vendors ran super smoothly via QR scans and everyone that works here is cheerful and nice.

  This UPS store is BY FAR the best one in Asheville. Everytime we go in the employees are very helpful and patient when taking back returns. They’re the friendliest UPS store in town! Especially when it comes to Amazon returns.
