Good quality shirts designs were customized to my needs. Customer service was always top tier the owner was always present and helpful. I've referred many, and will continue to use this business myself. First shirt I bought from her 13 years ago I still had a shirt she made me in 2013 with ombre coloring and a huge color detailed picture the picture is perfect the shirt just old and not bright white no more. No fade no cracks I just threw the shirt out a month ago.

- KNKarl NunnOct 9, 20251.0Man I tell you I had first time customer bad experience. Initially I had confidence of getting my items for the upcoming weekend events in Normandy Homecoming. I get a Call from the lady owner telling me the shirt is ready that Friday evening but their was a problem with finalizing the shirt. So I go up to the shop while she continues to show me the imperfections of mistakes that was made on the printing transfer. It was not exceptable. Although she knew it and made right on it. She credited the shirt and offered to give to me for free. Kind gesture !!!!! But I had had another order for the next day to pickup. After that first issue of the shirt , I asked her would it be an issue to get the balloons for Saturday pickup. She Stated No it wouldn't be.... Just to be Clear from my stand point. In which my total order was like $118.00 with a convinance fee so it was a total of $122 . Mind you she had credited Sixty something off dollars for the tee shirt. So that left a balance of almost another Sixty dollars for 2- 40'inch Mylar balloons and maybe 8 smaller ones on a balloon weight Simple Right ! Sat evening Day of the pickup and Event before 5. So I goes in to retrieve my order as she prepares to hand them to me, I asked if she should place the balloons in a large plastic bag similar to a large contractor clear bag. She said they would be fine. I Guess that not part of her service that she provides. But we all know that anything could touch the balloon and affect the condition of the balloons. Sure as I proceed to exit her establishment and almost to my truck. One of the red Colored numbers Popped. I'm like ok !!! But I walked back to the entrance of her business and tells her through the door that one of the numbers popped. She then proceed to find another and tells me that she has one more of the numbers that had busted. She then fill the last one in stock that she had. Mind you I was really Unhappy with the smaller balloons already and thinking what about this order is Worth almost Sixty dollars. So She brings out the last number she had and it popped on her literally I can not make this up. She at that point didn't recommend or Offer an reimbursement of that part of the order.Pretty much like I'm on my own. Frankly she did say anything in concern for how I felt as a dissatisfied customer by giving her the opportunity to patronize her business. Never the less after that moment I then went inside my truck to retrieve a razor knife and I cut the string of balloons to release them in disgust of her service. Pricing was a bit high for the lack of care for completion of Product. But I didn't mind initially but after the second pickup debacle I said never again would she get any of my business. So here's my story and I'm sticking with it for what it's worth ! Beware ⚠️ No Complete Products to Satisfaction....... Not Exceptable
