My experience with Abstrakt Marketing was extremely disappointing and ended up being far more costly than I ever expected. I invested $20,000 into their program and did not receive a single appointment that would be considered qualified per the terms of our agreement. The appointments I did receive were consistently with people who had no decision-making authority, no interest, or no ability to buy. Prospects even mentioned they only took the meeting because they felt pressured, and many already had established in-house cleaning teams — meaning they were never realistic opportunities in the first place. This was completely misaligned with the client profile I communicated from the beginning. Abstrakt promotes a “three-pronged” strategy involving cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. In my experience, this simply did not occur in any meaningful way. The only activity I consistently saw was cold calling. The LinkedIn component was not trackable or transparent, and the email efforts appeared minimal. When I talked to my success coach and his boss, I was, simply, told they were "call" guys. As a result, there was no true nurturing of prospects, especially when so many were clearly unqualified from the start. What made the situation even more frustrating was that in order to end the agreement early and avoid completing the 12-month contract with more poor results, I had to pay $4,000 just to terminate the contract. After already spending so much with nothing to show for it, having to pay today on New Year's day $4,000 to walk away was extremely frustrating. I take the satisfaction that I learned not to ever engage a lead generating firm. We, even, do a better job than them. I told them while they were compiling and getting their program going, we would continue using our selling strategy. We attained 3 more clients while Abstrakt was giving me forced appointments with pressured people that had in-house teams. Regardless, what the Abstrakt guy is going to answer saying that they should have been given more time, that is BS. I saw their operation and they are going to continue getting reviews like this. I, actually, figured out what they were doing wrong, but I am not sharing. So why did I get them? I thought they were the Pros and we were amateurs. But I guess these $20,000 was a bitter medicine to take to remind me to trust in my team and I. The patient needed this very bitter medicine. Based on my personal experience, I did not see value, quality, or professionalism that justified the cost. I cannot recommend Abstrakt Marketing to any business seeking legitimate lead generation or qualified appointments. And to the guy that is supposed to answer me with the lame nurturing explanation, save it. We moved on. But you should try to hire us. We can do better, much better than you.

30 THOSAND DOLLARS IN 5 MONTHS NOT A SINGLE NEW CUSTOMER IN THE PRIVATE SECURITY SECTOR. WASTE OF MONEY. WASTE OF TIME. IN FACT THE REPS OR MANAGERS ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE SALES PEOPLE. I HAD TO FIRE MULTIPLE PEOPLE THEY PROVIDED FOR LIEING TO PEOPLE OF SERVICE AND JUST SALES PRESSURING THEM AFTER THEY SAID NO 5 TIMES.

Working with Abstrakt Marketing has been one of the most frustrating and unproductive experiences we’ve ever had with a service provider. They overpromise and completely underdeliver. The quality of leads is abysmal—unqualified, uninterested, and often completely irrelevant to our business. We set clear expectations from the start, but they either ignored them or simply didn’t care. Communication is just as bad as their results. They are unresponsive, slow to address concerns, and provide little to no transparency about their process. Requests for data and updates are met with silence or vague excuses, making it impossible to track any real progress—because there isn’t any. When we ask why unqualified appointments keep getting scheduled, we’re given nothing but empty justifications. This company is more concerned with meeting their own call quotas than actually providing value to their clients. They don’t listen, they don’t adjust, and they certainly don’t deliver on their promises, which is evident not only in our experience with them, but also based on responses to similar reviews. If you’re looking for a lead generation service that actually works, look elsewhere. Abstrakt is nothing but a waste of money.

We have been using Abstrakt for approximately 4 years. They do bring us leads that lead to quotes. we did land one 10M project that we would not have known about. The frequency has been a little less lately but they are working on that.

Frequently Asked Questions About Abstrakt Marketing Group

How do you determine a qualified leads?

A sales lead follows a rigorous process before it becomes a qualified lead. First the operations and data teams evaluate the lead using internal lead scoring tactics. Then the lead makes it's way to the sales team who builds a relationship with that prospect. Once a sales rep finds the decision-maker, determines the organization's pain points, and checks if their business meets the requirements to benefit from your services, then the sales rep can progress with setting up a meeting with that qualified prospect. The appointment is then double checked by our internal quality team to unsure every requirement is met before the lead is considered qualified.

What Is B2B Lead Generation?

B2B lead generation is the inbound and outbound marketing process of capturing interest in a product or service to develop a sales pipeline. Quality leads are the lifeblood of any B2B company, but developing a process to increase leads can be a challenge. Fortunately, we know a process that works and leaves no room for the opportunity to be lost.
