I called the store and they advised me to bring it in to inspect. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Max in Customer Service. He took the time to inspect the printer, while one of his fellow associates went and picked out a replacement one. Not only did we get our issues resolved in a timely manner, but Max also took the time to unbox, set up the new one and ran it for a test to make sure it worked properly. We were very impressed with this team. Definitely made us a satisfied customer. Thank you for the great Customer Service!
