- BCBradford ChirnsideJun 7, 20241.0Just spoke to Wayne Bennett about selling a share in a C-Corporation and having First American Title handle the Escrow and exchange of stock certificate during this conversation he told me that honestly this might not be worth his time depending on how many disbursements I then explained that First American has handled title work for many farms, buildings, and even handled 10/31 exchange out of Chicago branch so that is why I called first American he told me he didn’t know me from Adam I understand a business must make money and never even discussed price I figured similar fees would go into this as a real estate transaction The World has gone mad where easy civil conversation and customer service is made easy after hearing that it might not be worth his time and he doesn’t know me from Adam I just went away
