They also have incompetent employees working for them. Installer suggested a basketball hoop location that makes no sense and no aesthetic. Now the company will not assist with making the situation right and are trying to charge 3x the original install price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Dicks sporting goods need to find a new company to work with. The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Aaron, Maria, Shaunda, should all be fired for how they treat their customers along with their incompetent installers.
