They created extra hoops to jump through that could have been avoided with improved communication. Definitely would not recommend for elderly people who may not have access to using an online portal for paperwork. For those who do have online access, there were many forms to fill out that we were later told were unnecessary and no one seemed to know what department they had been issued by. No one is ever available and if you do get lucky enough to connect with someone, they don’t seem to understand their own process. Go anywhere else!!
