- MMMike MNov 14, 20251.0Turned into Wells Fargo with tons of hidden fees I racked up a debt while I was in treatment got out paid it off even though it shouldn't have been a thing. Apparently you guys claim you sent out paperwork that says we will now be charged courtesy fees but have to call to opt out of it well 4 people in my household never got that letter so fraudulently you guys went in and changed that for MILLIONS of Americans but that's not all you take the money I paid off for said courtesy pay even though I opted out of it and closed my account after without notifying me but according to you guys I want sent a letter back in August never got that letter either and now I have more charges in September for an account that was closed without my knowledge in August... Yea I'm 100% done I've had to call you guys at least 8 or 9 times this year alone because of these issues and now nobody can tell me why my money was yet again taken they won't give it back and I have zero explanation for anyone in the business at all the managers don't know the staff don't know but they pocket your money and we all know that.. Edit went in to close my bank account and Cameron tries calling me broke and saying I can only afford a $5 lawyer and he didn't know I was recording the conversation Facebook is gunna love that video and so will my $5 lawyer see you all soon
