My mom closed on her home 2 weeks ago and this company called to say that THEY screwed up on the paperwork and therefore WE needed to pay them an additional $1000. Nicole admitted it was her fault and Linda threatened legal action if it wasn't paid. Linda was very disrespectful and our mortgage company even tried to find a solution but apparently their mistakes are everyone else's problem but their own. DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY!! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
