What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround times vary from product to product. When you place your order, please let us know the date you need your products, or if you are flexible about their delivery date.
If you have a specific date that you need the products, we will be able to let you know if it is possible to receive your products to you on time.
If you place your order too close to your date, you may have to “rush” the order, if possible. In this instance, a rush fee may incur, we may have to expedite shipping or both.
To avoid this in the case you have an event where you need the products, please make sure to order at least six to eight weeks in advance. Earlier, if possible, to give you peace of mind and some wiggle room.

What is "vector art" and why do I need it?
When it comes to placing a logo on your promotional products, you want to make sure the logo you provide is the best quality possible so that it can be resized without distorting the image, and printed properly on your item. Vector art will help accomplish this.
.eps, .ai, .cdr, and .PDF files are accepted. Please note that .PDF files must have been converted from a Vector file in order for it to be accepted.
Other file formats are generally not recommended and may not be supported. These files are called “Raster” based graphics (.jpg, .png, .tif). These raster graphics are made of pixels and once the size of the graphic changes, the pixels become more prominent in the image.
The reason vector art is supported is because it is made up of mathematical shapes, angles, points, lines and color values making them easy to scale without losing resolution or becoming pixelated/fuzzy. What are over/under runs and why is my order subject to them?
All orders have the potential to over/under run by 10%. Over runs and under runs are industry standards that can help aid in quality control. Sometimes, suppliers of ours will “over run” your order to make sure their printing press is printing at optimal performance.
When your products are run through the printing press, quality control goes through all the pieces, and will only ship the pieces that printed well.
If this happens, you will be responsible for the “actual” quantity of products that are shipped to you.
Don’t want to pay for overruns? We can request that your order ships the “exact quantity” your ordered. Please note there is an additional fee for this.
