In the era of usernames and passwords under veis of “security”, ADP has been the most absurd and annoying. Not being able to use the same password twice but being forced to change it, is excessive and confusing . Plus the website is and has been is, and has been flawed in this regard. Blatant lack of support. They don’t try to hide it. “We are happy To profit from restricting access to your personal information. But, your paycheck is not my problem. It’s just my job. Contact your employer” That’s Not a direct quote. It’s more of a summary
