This company mis-handled the funds, and ultimately ended up allocating the funds incorrectly. If you care about the money you are putting into escrow and expect to get what is fair at the end of it all, I would strongly suggest finding another title company. As a first time buyer, I wish I had more insight to choose a different title company.
