  We have been working with Karen Rice at Lighthouse in Hart MI for land contract deals for around 2 years. She dots her i’s and crosses her t’s. Communication is smooth and pleasant for all of the deals we have done. We will continue to work with her as we until all land sales are done. Most of our buyers have been wonderful. We did have a couple of hard ones. Karen worked thru all the difficulties with the buyers (did not do their end of the paperwork needed to close the sale) and the deal came to a close. She is the best we have ever worked with.

  Outstanding customer service. Karen Rice in the Hart, MI office was very knowledgeable of information needed to close on the sale of my parents house. Fantastic communication be it phone, text, or email. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend. Very professional.
