The Grand Rapids office only does small business sales so if you go there, they will not be of any help nor will they have any contact information other than their general 1800 number that will get you in touch with someone that doesn't speak English, and cannot tell you exact amounts of your account or distributions. I started a distribution on 05/06/2025 which I was told would take 7-10 business days. Two months have gone by and after giving me the run around and making mistake after mistake I finally got a check......for the incorrect amount and from the wrong account. Took them over a week to cancel the funds and replace them back into my account. The only issue is it is now $10k short from the amount prior to starting this whole nightmare. If you have money with ADP, get it out of there and get to a place that will actually manage your money, make you money, and be honest. ADP does not do any of that.

I dont have legal representation YET, i will by december 3rd and I will be taking legal action. just like that case you recently lost- 1 company 80 employees fraudulent federal withholdings YES YOU LOST! YES YOU PAID! AND YOU WILL AGAIN WHEN I AM DONE WITH YOU!
