However the curbside closing that First American Title offered left us doing all the work. We had to go through paper after paper alone in our truck trying to figure out legal jargon on our own. We signed our names to things we have no idea about without ANYONE to help us. Sure we could call in and ask questions but after the 5th time calling with very little support on the other end of the phone what was the point. First American Title was paid a lot of money to do absolutely nothing. We had to drop off our own paperwork to the township we live in and we just received a check from First American Title for our summer taxed to again take to the township office we live in. I was suppose to receive a call from Amy Price the Manager of the office today and now it is 5:22pm the day before a holiday and still no return call. They made us jump through hoops on debt that belonged to our parents. This company is less than helpful and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If I treated my patients the way they do their customers I would be fired. Don't waste your time with this company. Pick one that values their customers.
