Statewide has excellent service. If we are in need of immediate service they are out to the office within hours. When we order toner it is delivered within a few days and sometimes even the same day. We have purchased printers, copiers, fax machine and even a shredder from them and were completely satisfied. If your looking for a GREAT company to purchase your office equipment from you will not be disappointed using Statewide!

We bought a printer for our office through them and on the rare occasion that it needs servicing, they are out the same day, sometimes within the hour. Recently, I had a repair pop up that was going to take several days, and Jeff brought out a loaner printer the same day. I had a very large print job that needed to get done, so that was a lifesaver. We had been with a larger chain previously, and I can guarantee that they would not have been able to send someone out the same day, let alone bring a loaner printer! I love Statewide!
