- LJlynette jörnsSep 4, 20251.0If you can go ANYWHERE ELSE, you should. Try taking your photo and submitting it yourself first to avoid the fees. I came in 10 minutes early for my passport appointment. And waited more than an hour for it to even start. Online it says 10-15 minutes for the process, I had all of my documents together and just needed the photo services truly. It should not have been that hard to get in and out if they were doing their scheduled appointments appropriately. The three groups infront of me had signed up for the same amount of time I did, yet they had multiple people and I was just one person. Either adjust the appointment time to accommodate groups, or don’t allow people to come in with more people than they originally scheduled for. In the middle of my work day, and on my lunch break, I wasted my whole hour at the post offices waiting room. Just to be told that they had to accommodate for extra persons. I would’ve happily come back in 30-45 minutes if they informed me of this, and maybe I could’ve gotten myself some food and been less angry ant the til. It’s very disrespectful to the people who are able to show up early and with all the proper documents minus a photo. I should not have had to wait this long for something that took 10 minutes to complete. Absolutely irritating process.

I was witness to the incompetence and unprofessionalism from one of the two regular mail clerks. She decided that A CUSTOMER wasn't allowed to walk out with their package and decided to CUT IT OPEN, VIDEO RECORD THE CUSTOMER, AND THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE all because he asked too many questions and she decided that she had enough of it. Can I give it 0 stars?
- OOosityJul 9, 20151.0When you call this branch the message says "...stay on the line and your call will be picked up by an operator". This NEVER happens. It rings and rings and then the machine just hangs up on you. This has been going on for many days. I've called them over 10 times a day and it hangs up every time.
