- SPSarah PayneOct 16, 20201.0I know there are all these problems with the USPS corporate offices but, my family has been dealing with the horrific service that this post office provides for years. From rude comments, facial expressions, chronic lateness, failure to serve, not adhering to posted times of business hours and lack of common decency has been going on for far too long. Don’t even try to file a complaint with their superiors because it goes no where. Really they know who complains and it makes it worse. Living in a small town there are not many choices for a post office. Just writing this as a warning to others.

The lady informed me that because she was by herself & I didn't have copies or photos already taken that there was nothing she could do & that they actually discontinue passports at 245p. It was a far enough drive from Baltimore just to come here to be turned away & unassisted.

This PO is the pennical of bad service and pure laziness. Terrible customer service and these ladies act mean.
